Osceola County School Board Meeting Videos

Note: These public records were removed suddenly and without warning from the Osceola County School District website on July 12, 2011

This went unannounced for a full month until a public records request was made asking who had these public records removed.
As of today, August 12, 2011, the school district is now charging $35.72 to each tax paying citizen who wishes to see these public records
(see
http://www.webcitation.org/60slurFKJ). Of course this amount does
not take into account the school district labor involved with locating videos, copying them and burning them to DVDs. The potential added
expense to the school district for providing this information "the old fashion way" could be considerable over time.
As of August 29, 2011, the school district has reversed itself and is offering the videos below on its website free of charge again. These
videos will continue to be available here until at least the next few school board election cycles.
Access to these public meeting videos is provided free of charge to everyone interested for as long as we are able to offer this public service,
or until the school board comes to its senses and restores free public access to these videos on its own website (where they properly belong).
